By placing an order with Stealth Grip Designs, you agree to the following terms:

All products are made to order, and production times may vary depending on the item, order volume, and material availability. We provide estimated turnaround times but cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

Orders are confirmed upon full payment and cannot be canceled or modified once production begins. Shipping times are separate from production times and may be subject to carrier delays; shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping times typically range from 3–7 business days, depending on your location relative to Arizona.

Due to the custom nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless a product arrives damaged or defective. If this occurs, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

We are not liable for any incorrect information entered at checkout, including but not limited to size, color, quantity, or shipping address. If an error occurs, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item and the cost of reshipping it to the correct address.
