At Stealth Grip Designs, all of our products are handmade and made to order. Because of the custom nature of our items, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at stealthgripdesigns@outlook.com

 

Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review your request and let you know if a replacement or refund is appropriate.

 

Requests made after 5 days or without proper documentation may not be eligible.

 

We are not responsible for mistakes made at checkout, such as incorrect size, color, quantity, or shipping address. If a package is returned due to incorrect address information, the customer is responsible for both the return shipping and the cost to re-ship the item.

 

Please double-check your order details before placing your order. Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled or modified.
